Why did Rob Bourdon leave Linkin Park?

THE Linkin Park in the recent formation composed of Mike Shinoda, Brad Delson, Phoenix, Joe Hahntogether with the new members Emily Armstrong as co-vocalist – called to collect the legacy of Chester Bennington – And Colin Brittain as a drummer (replacing Rob Bourdon), returned to concert in Europe seven years after the previous tour and the premature death of the frontman.

The group performed last night, September 22, at the Barclays Arena in Hamburg for the only European date of the “From Zero World Tour” that will then stop in London, Seoul and Bogota. The series of shows, anticipated last September 6 by an exclusive live with which Linkin Park presented a new line-up and new music, the release of the new album of the American band, “From Zero”coming next November 15th.

After having offered a first taste of the album, with the single “The emptiness machine“, the group presented another live preview last night in Hamburg. In addition to Linkin Park classics, including “Numb”, “What I’ve done”, “In the end” and “One step closer”, the band played the new song “Heavy is the crown“, which will be officially released tomorrow 24th September at 5pm (Italian time).

Beyond be part of the new Linkin Park albumthe song was chosen by Los Angeles-based video game development company, Riot Games, as the official anthem of the World Role-Playing Video Game Championship “League of Legends“.
