After the first evening of the Sanremo Festival we have a first, very partial top 5, determined by the press vote. A cinquina supplied in a “random” way, without an order and a ranking.

Here are the artists most voted by the press:

  • Bruori Sas – “The tree of the walnuts”
  • Giorgia – “The cure for me”
  • Lucio Corsi – “I wanted to be a tough”
  • Simone Cristicchi – “When you are small”
  • Achille Lauro – “young unconscious”

Tonight they performed all 29 songs in the race and touched the accredited journalists – a vote per head – express themselves with a vote from 1 to 10 for each song. The same system that is up to Radio on Wednesday and Thursday, on the two evenings in which the singers perform again – while the televoting is based on dry preference. A voting system that has been different since last year and has generated some controversy: the covers on Friday do not count, when it will arrive at the final ballot of 5 artists the votes do not spot on but add up to those of the whole week (and printing And radio will not give dry preference, but they will vote again gradually). The result is that this year the televoting will count a lot more, so the one you see now is a cinquina which in all probability will be redefined.
