The evening of 13 July at the Lucca Summer Festival is enriched by a special guest. On the stage of the event, in Piazza Napoleone in the Tuscan city, Keb ‘Mo’ will perform at the opening of the Robert Plant concert, which will present his acclaimed Saving Grace project with Sudi Dian.

With five Grammy Awards, 14 Blues Foundation Awards and a revolutionary career that embraces almost fifty years, Keb ‘Mo’ has redefined the boundaries of the blues and American roots, conquering public and criticism all over the world. Born in Compton, California, and currently residing in Nashville, the artist is famous for his multifaceted talent as guitarist, songwriter and arranger, and for his ability to merge blues, country and soul in a unique musical language. During his career, he reached the summit of the Billboard Blues Chart seven times, trod the most prestigious stages, such as the Carnegie Hall and the White House, and collaborated with legends of the caliber of Taj Mahal, Willie Nelson, Bonnie Raitt and The Chicks. His songs have been interpreted and championships by artists such as BB King, Zac Brown and BTS, and his soundtracks have enriched famous television productions.
