Ozzy Osbourne, the autobiography “Last Rites” came out
“Last Rites” was published, Ozzy Osbourne’s autobiography written with Chris Ayres. For the moment it came out only in English, so we do not know how to tell you if compared to the previous autobiography “I Am Ozzy”, always written with Chris Ayres and published in 2010, whether a new job or only the update of the previous one (which was published in Italy by Arcana in 2014 with the title “I am Ozzy”), nor if this will be translated into Italian.
Some English and American newspapers have already written about it, in particular the “guardian” who drew ten anecdotes. The funniest, although not properly unpublished, is below.
In 2018, Ozzy had been sober for five years, a few months after the 70 -year -old, and was busy preparing for his farewell tour, no More Tours II (the first tour of No More Tours, in the 90s, had been announced as his farewell “before I realized that as a retired there is too much time that you can spend in your garden on the back wearing rubber boots”.)
At that time he owned a very modern hi-tech. Osbourne describes it as equipped with “a larger brain of chatgpt”, with two remote controls, for him and Sharon, to adjust their side separately, and “engines, threads and toothed wheels”.
Ever since he was a boy – and for the duration of his wedding, with great sorrow of Sharon – Osbourne he had always put himself in bed jumping on it with a leap. One night of 2018, he got up to go to the bathroom, and after doing more he had returned to bed, jumping on it with the usual leap. This time, however, he missed the aim and crashed heavily to the ground.
“Still today, I don’t understand how the fuck could have missed it … it’s so great that it is like having a Sherman tank parked in the middle of the room”.
The accident will have serious repercussions on Ozzy’s health, because he aggravated the conditions of his back, already malandate due to a fall from the quad in 2003.
