Linkin Park Guitarist Brad Delson Pulls Out of Tour
Beyond the new singer Emily Armstrongit will be a deeply reworked lineup that Linkin Park will present themselves live to their fans starting next week for the first dates in support of their new album of unreleased studio material, “From Zero”, expected on November 15th: in addition to the historic drummer Rob Bourdon, replaced by Brittainthe band will also be forced to replace guitarist Brad Delson, another member of the original core of the group.
Unlike Bourdon, however, Delson will continue to actively participate in the life of the group, although he will not directly support it during live activities.
“Over the years, I’ve learned that I’m at my best when I’m actively working with my bandmates behind the scenes, in the studio, collaborating on our new music, and helping build our live show,” explained Delson, who will be replaced on stage by Alex Feder: “I’m incredibly proud of everything we continue to create together. While I won’t be touring in this new chapter, I’m super excited to introduce Alex, my touring great. Alex is a world-class musician, a kind and thoughtful friend, and we’re so lucky that he’ll be bringing his unique talents to our world.”
