Jovanotti signs the song of the 107th Giro d'Italia

From 4 to 26 May, the one hundred and seventh edition of the Giro d'Italia will take place in twenty-one stages, starting from Venaria Reale, in Piedmont, and arriving in Rome. As per tradition, the race has a theme song, which this year was written by Jovanotti.

“La carovana” is the title of the song written and performed by the Roman singer-songwriter, an active cyclist by passion as told in the journey witnessed by the documentary “Aracataca, I don't want to change the planet”. “Wheels, wheels, the wheels turn / Giro d'Italia! Giro d'Italia! / Wheels, wheels, the wheels turn / The caravan!”, sings Lorenzo Cherubini in the first part of the lyrics of the song, premiered during an episode of “Viva Rai 2” with Fiorello.
