The first song broadcast by the moon? It will be a song by the Imagine Dragons. Next Wednesday, February 26, the Lonestar space technology company will launch a rocket from the Kennedy Space Center to land a data center on the moon. If the mission is successful, the data center will broadcast a song from the satellite on Earth: the choice has fallen up on “Children of the Sky” by Imagine Dragons.

“Our goal is to inspire the next generation of children to excite themselves for the future of space and technology, and this is why we have chosen ‘Children of the Sky’ as the first song of the story to be transmitted by the Moon,” said the Investor of Lonestar Ryan Micheletti in a press release.
