22 years after his death, which occurred on 1 January 2003 in Montemagno in the province of Lucca, the new archive dedicated to Giorgio Gaber to this web address.

As reported by Corriere.it, the initiative will make Gaber’s artistic and cultural heritage, collected by the Gaber Foundation in over 20 years of activity, accessible to the public. Users will be able to access a vast range of exclusive content such as 40 hours of films retracing the highlights of his career, 60 hours of audio recordings, accompanied by related texts, thousands of articles and interviews, hundreds of photographs and graphic materials, including including record covers, theater posters and theater programs and other unpublished material.

Furthermore, the main tributes of the artists who in recent years have participated in the initiatives promoted and organized by the Gaber Foundation are also part of the archive, which is constantly being updated.
