Over the last few years it has become clear to me that the time has come to hang up my rock ‘n’ roll platform shoes and my skinny jeans. It’s time to say enough is enough. I love you with all my heart. I thank everyone who has helped and supported me on this incredible journey: all the musicians, the crew, the fans, the family. It’s amazing. But it’s really time for me to enjoy my retirement, and I hope you can appreciate it.”
