Sónar begins a new stage by announcing thirty names

Dream begins a new stage with new management and does so by presenting the first thirty names of its programming for next year and announcing the return of Sónar by Day to Barcelona.

Sónar regains its founding DNA in 2027, with Sónar by Day taking place on the seafront in central Barcelona and reincorporating Sónar+D into its programme, and with Sónar by Night returning to its traditional two-night, four-stage format at Fira Gran Via. This new edition will be held on the days June 17, 18 and 19, 2027.

What will be the thirty-fourth edition of the festival has launched a total of thirty-one names that represent different genres within the wide range of electronic music. And what does that translate into? Well, in the announcement of names like Bonobo –who will present his new show–Tokischa, Yung Lean, Jessie Ware and Corneliuswho will perform live, and like those of Carl Cox, Romy –also guitarist and vocalist of the bandto The XX–, Peggy Gou, KI/KI, Oscar Mulero, Collabs3000 (Chris Liebing & Speedy J) and Honey Dijonwho will star in sessions on the plates.

In this new stage, Sónar by Day returns to the seafront in the center of Barcelona and reincorporates Sónar+D into its programming; Sónar by Night recovers the two-night format at Fira Gran Via; and Sónar Week continues to occupy Barcelona from end to end with OFFSónar in Poble Espanyol and Sónar District and Sónar Kids in the Parc del Fòrum.

The first tickets for Sónar 2027 are now on sale at sonar.es at a special starting price. SonarPass and SonarPass+D are available – both standard and VIP -, with the option of flex payment, which allows you to request a full refund of your ticket until February 28, 2027.

In any case, in the near future more names will be added that will expand the stylistic palette of the festival and also nourish its program with the most diverse attractive proposals.

Before the edition in Barcelona, there will be Sónar in Tokyo –March 12, 13 and 14– and Türkiye –April 9 and 10–. Sónar is an initiative of Advanced Music and the Sónar Foundation, in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the Generalitat of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council and with the support of the L’Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council.
