Zecchino d’Oro: the songs (among the authors Sangiorgi and Accorsi)

It is not just the last act of a singing competition for children: the Zecchino d’Oro final is a collective ritual, a piece of shared memory that spans generations. For over sixty years this event has united families, traditions and a pop imagination that continues to renew itself without losing its magic. The 2025 edition will take place today live on Rai1 and RaiPlay starting at 5.20pm. In competition are 14 songs whose authors include names known to the general public: from Negramaro frontman Giuliano Sangiorgi to Enrico Nigiotti, passing through Stefano Accorsi. The final will be hosted by the artistic director of Zecchino d’Oro, Carlo Conti, who will arrive in Bologna – where the show will be broadcast from – after announcing the names of the big names competing at the 2026 Sanremo Festival on Tg1 at 1.30pm.

The jury of the final will be made up of Flavio Insinna, Gabriele Cirilli, Vincenzo Schettini and the hosts of the semi-finals Carolina Benvenga, a true phenomenon of children’s music, who for years has been generating millions of plays and clicks on the platforms (she has just released the new single, “La canzone del Natale”, the video of which you can find below) and Lorenzo Baglioni. The votes of the juries will also include those of the Piccolo Coro dell’Antoniano and the Galaxy of Choirs of the Antoniano.
