X Factor: the new judge is Irama

The cast of the new season has been revealed X Factorstarting in September on Sky and NOW. Giorgia is confirmed as host, in her third consecutive year at the helm of the program. The news concerns the judges’ table: together with Francesco Gabbani, Jake La Furia and Paola Iezzi there will also be Irama, new entry of this edition. For Irama, who takes the place of Achille Lauro, this is the first experience as a judge in a talent show. In recent years the singer has released several successful songs, collecting 55 platinum records, 6 gold records and over 2.5 billion streams. He has participated in the Sanremo Festival six times and on June 11th he will perform at the San Siro stadium in Milan. The other three judges already present in last season have been confirmed as a whole. Gabbani returns after last year’s debut, Jake La Furia faces his third consecutive edition while Paola Iezzi continues the path started two years ago. The recordings of the hearingswith the full cast, will start on 2 and 3 June in Milan, at the Allianz Cloud: Bootcamp and Last Call will also be held there.
