Vasco Rossi: in the new box, also unpublished songs?

On the eve of the debut of his last tour, last April, Vasco Rossi in an interview with La Stampa had hinted that he had a song ready to be published in his hands. “I keep it in the drawer at least until the concert, then I will see. I don’t know if I will make it known, from now on at the end of May there is still so long. Of new songs now I don’t feel the need, once I felt the need: but perhaps because I already have many,” he said. In the end the release of the song was postponed: unlike what happened in recent years, Zocca’s rocker on this lap has gone on tour without even an unpublished song to present live. Now Vasco has announced the release of a collection, scheduled for next November, and who knows that the times are not mature to make the fans listen to the song he had spoken of in the spring. The collection will be titled “Vasco Live 2025 – The Essential”: it will be available in triple vinyl or double CD format. Vasco talks about it like this: “It is an original project, a tour born on a concept that ‘celebrates life’ and that sees the ‘essential” songs inserted in the albums, that is, which tell, through the lyrics, the plot of an entire existence “.

But the novelties, as regards the rocker, do not end here: the photographic book of the Tour 2025 will always be released in the autumn, with two hours of video of exclusive content “and lots of music inside”.

Meanwhile, Vasco last week, on the occasion of the traditional gathering of the Blasco Fan Club, in Castellaneta, Puglia, announced that Rimini will host the zero date of the Tour 2026, which will see him then perform in Ferrara, Olbia, Bari, Ancona and Udine.
