U2, released 2 unreleased songs: ‘Country Mile’ and ‘Picture of You (X+W)’
U2 have released two singles, titled “Country Mile” and “Picture Of You (X + W),” taken from the sessions for 2004’s “How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb,” the album originally released by Bono and co in 2004.
The two songs shared today come alongside the announcement of a reissue of the album to celebrate its 20th anniversary. The release, due out November 22, will feature a 10-track album titled “How to re-assemble an atomic bomb,” including the two previously unreleased tracks shared today, along with remixes and live recordings exhumed from the original album’s session archive. Additionally, “How to dismantle an atomic bomb” will return for the first time in a 20th anniversary remaster. The reissue will also feature the bonus track “Fast cars.”
The “Re-Assemble Edition,” which includes both “How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb” and “How To Re-Assemble An Atomic Bomb,” will be available as a double digital release on November 22.
