“My husband? He showers once a week”: this is how Brittany Furlan, Tommy Lee’s wife, spoke about her husband’s hygiene habits on the Off the Vine podcast.

Telling some curiosities about living with a rock star like the Mötley Crüe drummer, the influencer – who became a celebrity on Vine, the app considered the “ancestor” of TikTok, in 2015 was named by Time as “one of the most influential personalities on the internet – revealed: “He’s not a big fan of showers. It’s something typical of Europeans, though. My husband was born in Greece. He was born in Athens and his mother was Miss Greece, so beautiful. And he said growing up, his mother, like, it’s a thing in Europe. You don’t have to shower every day. They just used wipes if they felt they were a little dirty. But the shower, my husband showers, like, once a week.”

Tommy Lee and Brittany Furlan met in 2017 and got married two years later. It was the Mötley Crüe drummer’s fourth marriage. The most famous – and talked about – obviously remains the one with the former Playboy bunny Pamela Anderson, with whom he had two children, Brandon Thomas Lee (born in 1996) and Dylan Jagger Lee (born in 1997). As is known, in 1997 a video appeared on the internet depicting Lee and Anderson having sex, filmed by the couple and stolen: it became a clear example of viral pornography, so much so that in 2022 it also inspired a TV series, “Pam & Tommy”.
