Thruppi: an album in which the genres dissolve
“Thruppi” It is a strange, corrosive and pointed album, but at times also melodic. It is intimate, but also of an alternative community, there is an ego and also of the us. It is a plug inside a largely made of rubber music scene. Talks about time, bodies, wounds and the possibility of telling the truth even when it hurts. It tells a tangible reality, pure in its simplicity. “Thruppi” is primarily a sort of supergroup that cancels the barriers of the time, composed of the singer -songwriter Giovanni Truppi and the Thru Collected collective. Seven songs born from a shared creative process who tell a meeting, once, two generations close in the way of seeing reality.
