The winners of the 2025 edition of the Fabrizio De André Prize
The 24th edition of the Fabrizio De André Prize – Speaking music was closed: during the two evenings of the final – held on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September – in Piazza Fabrizio De André, in the Magliana district in Rome, the winners were delivered.
For the Music section, the prize saw the victory of Claudio Covato with the song “Chiddu Ca Ma Resta”.
The Faber plaque (career prize) was delivered to Luca Marinelli and Mauro Pagani (pictured the article in the center – the photo is by Roberto Panucci).
Marinelli also won the plaque that sing Fabrizio (Prize for the reinterpretation of Fabrizio’s work) together with Bresh and The Andre.
For the music section, the selections took place both through the contest on the site and through the national scouting tour “and you like to let yourself be listened to”, now in its second edition. The tour was conceived and organized by artistic villages which also edited the semifinals promoted by the Municipality of Isernia, a Department of Culture with the patronage of the De André Foundation, in collaboration with Rockol for the selections.
The Fabrizio De André prize, established in 2002, was born with the aim of enhancing new talents that are distinguished by the originality of their artistic creations and uses a jury made up of musicians, writers, journalists, music critics and professionals in the sector, chaired by Dori Ghezzi.
In the previous editions they were rewarded with the Faber plate and the Targa those who sing Fabrizio: Ariete, Bandabardò, Bobo Rondelli, Bruori Sas, Clementino, Cristina Donà, Daniele Silvestri, Diodato, Enrico Ruggeri, Enzo Avitabile, Eugenio Finardi, ex-Otago, Fiorella Mannoia, Madame, Mannarino, Mauro Ermanno Giovanardi, Morgan, Motta, naked music, Nei Neri Marcorè, Niccolò Fabi, Paola Turci, Peppe Barra, disturbance, Piero Pelù, Roberto Vecchioni, Ron, Samuele Bersani, Simone Cristicchi, Vinicio Capossela.
