There had been talk for some time about the return of Angelina Mango, who stopped in October 2024, after the victory in Sanremo 2024 and participation in Eurovision, interrupting and canceling the rest of the tour for health reasons.
After an appearance on the stage at Olly’s concert last September, here is the real, surprise return: the singer has released her new album of unreleased songs, “caramé”, already available from today, Thursday 16 October, on the platforms. A simple announcement on social media: “I wrote fifteen songs plus one”. “caramè” is the singer’s first unreleased album after “Poké melodrama”, released in spring 2024.

Angelina Mango wrote and produced all the songs on the new album together with Giovanni Pallotti, and is supported by her brother Filippo. The album features Calcutta, Dardust and Madame (who had already co-signed “La noia”, the winning song of Sanremo 2024). Madame appears on the track “ioeio” produced by Mr. Monkey, and Calcutta and Dardust are co-authors of “aiaiai”.

The album is defined as “a sincere album, spontaneous and experimental at the same time, which appears unexpected in the public’s listening; an explicit title, which becomes the decoration of a cake with which friends surprise you, the beginning of a letter addressed to herself which does not remain closed in a drawer, but which explodes in a collage of images which represent emotions, thoughts, moments experienced by Nina, but which touch everyone”. The idea of ​​collage is also present in the cover image.

The video clip for “Velo sull’occhi” was released together with the album, as well as three animated clips for “igloo”, “le shoes untied” and “pacco fragilite”, created in part by Mango itself.
