The Muppets take Aerosmith’s place at Disney World

Steven Tyler’s band had been the center of attraction since its launch in 1999, thanks to a video featuring the musicians shown before the start, and the ride itself was accompanied by their huge hits, including “Walk This Way”, “Dude (Looks Like A Lady)” and “Sweet Emotion”. During the experience, visitors attended an Aerosmith recording session, before heading off on a frenetic trip travel aboard the band’s limousineheaded to a concert.
From 2026, the new theme will feature i Muppets: Visitors will be busy tracking down missing Muppet band members Electric Mayhem before a show. The reimagined adventure comes after the 2023 release of a Muppet rock-inspired series on Disney+ called “The Muppets Mayhem,” which featured musicians like Tommy Lee and Mötley Crüe’s Danny Trejo.
