An electronic Requiem that was born from Mozart and arrives in the dark days of the war in the Balkans. Out of September 12 in LP and digital for Tanca (Trovarobato), “My father’s diaries” is the new soundtrack signed by Iosonouncane, the third chapter of the series “The sound crossed”, dedicated to the works of the Sardinian musician for cinema, theater and sounds. The homonymous documentary, directed by Ado Hasanović, starts from an extraordinary personal archive: the filming shot by Bekir Hasanović in Srebrenica in August 1993, in the middle of the war. Called to write the soundtrack with editing now closed, Iosonouncane starts from samples of the Requiem of Mozart, slowed down until they imploded, and builds it on a synthesizers plot.
King Princess – “Girl Violence”
King Princess, for those who had never heard of it, is the name of art of Mikaela Straus, singer, multi-instrumentalist, author, producer and original actress of Brooklyn, who in recent years has established herself as one of the most interesting voices of the world alternative and independent pop-rock. “Girl Violence” is his third album and comes seven years after his debut with “Cheap Queen” and three from the previous “Hold on Baby”. Anticipated by the single “RIP KP”, this new album marks King Princess a return to the origins: a journey of artistic rebirth after a period of crisis, between the end of a relationship and the break with the Major system, the transfer from Los Angeles and the return to New York, the hometown of the artist.
Ty dolla $ ign – “Tycoon”
“Tycoon”, the new album of Ty Dolla $ ign ign out on September 12th, marks the return of the rapper.
