The best rock (and otherwise) tours of all time

It is in concert that you can really experience the quality of an artist firsthand. Listening to a song played live takes on a completely different form, has a completely different flavour. In the recording room there may be tricks that hide any limitations and imperfections, on stage, in front of an audience, you can’t pretend: you go without a safety net. The staff of the US site Consequence has drawn up a ranking of the hundred best tours of all timewarning that in compiling it, we have considered factors such as the solidity of the lineup, the skill of the performances, the cultural impact and other aspects. Our warning, however, is that, however serious, it always remains little more than a game and a curiosity, as each of us has our own untouchable ranking regarding the concerts we have attended. And that matters more than anything else. In any case, we bring you the list of the top ten in the ranking.
