Shout: the new album is “Eternal Music”
Grido, stage name of Luca Paolo Aleotti, has released the new album “Musica eterna”. After a period dedicated to many of his passions and the exploration of new creative horizons, Grido is back with a new project full of collaborations and good intentions. “Musica Eterna”, produced by Willy L’Orbo, is a journey. Among the songs in the tracklist, there are many feats with artists from the urban scene, including J- Ax and Jake The Fury (“Social Detox”), Clementine (“Eternal Music”), Fabri Fibra (“Bad luck PT2”, the two made peace a few years ago; it all started in 2006 when Fibra had dissed his rival in “Idee Stupide”, giving life to the beef), Entics (“Balance”), Torment (“Tempo al tempo”), for a musical journey, rich in styles and nuances, which offer a broad vision of rap imagery.
Grido describes the project like this: “The album is an internal journey through my time, connecting past, present and future in a single vision of growth and awareness. Each track represents for me a moment of evolution: from the roots that bind us to the past, to the light that illuminates our identity in the present, up to the hopes of the future. This album symbolizes for me the maturity achieved, the result of lived experiences and scars that become strength. Music becomes the universal language that unites everything, eternally alive, and guides us towards an endless destiny.” Grido, former member of Gemelli DiVersi, was among the protagonists of the Italian rap and R’n’B scene of the 90s. With the group he achieved a Platinum album, before embarking on a solo career which saw him experiment and collaborate with notable artists. In 2011 he released his first album, “Io Grido”, entirely written and conceived by him, followed, in 2014, by the EP “Happy EP!” and a series of singles. In addition to music, Grido is an expert in video-making and 3D modeling, passions that he has continued over the years by creating graphics for artists and collectives such as Spaghetti Funk and TDK. “Musica eterna” marks a new stage in this journey and arrives five years after “Diamanti e mud”, his previous project.
