Sanremo area: the names of the ten winners

At the end of the last performances staged today at the Palafiori in Sanremo, in the presence of the artistic director of the Festival Carlo Contithe ten winners of the 2025 edition of Area Sanremo were chosen, selected from among the twenty-two finalists who had passed the auditions of the past few days, in addition to the winner of the Vittorio De Scalzi plaque.

However, as Sanremonews.it reports, nothing definitive. Tomorrow the ten winners will return before the Rai Musical Commission of Sanremo Giovani, called to identify the two artists who will directly access the 2026 Sanremo Festival, in the New Proposals category.

These are the names of the ten winners:

ENULA – Enula Bareggi

SOLØ – Luigi Augusto Romano Bellini

ANDREA HEROS – Andrea Buono

ALBE – Alberto La Malfa

MATSBY – Matteo Martire

MAZZARIELLO – Antonio Mazzariello

MATTEO ALIEN – Matteo Pierotti

SONIKO, BLIND & EL MA

SELMI – Niccolò Selmi

TOMASI – Alessandro Tomasi

There Vittorio De Scalzi plaque was assigned to Mazzariello and it was Vittorio’s ex-wife who delivered it, Mara De Scalziwho commented: “Vittorio cared a lot about young people”.

The final choice now lies with the Rai Commission which will evaluate the ten winners. The two selected will officially enter the list of New Proposals of the Sanremo Festival 2026, alongside the artists chosen through Sanremo Giovani.
