Rosalia: a petition has been opened to have her return to Milan
Wednesday evening Rosalie she performed in concert at the Forum in Assago, near Milan, (here is the review of the concert). The live show was among the most anticipated of the first part of 2026. His latest album, “Lux” (read the review here), received praise from a large part of the world’s music critics who indicated it as one of the best album releases of last year.
However, it happened that after about an hour of the concert, the Spanish singer-songwriter found herself forced to throw in the towel and stop the live – to the dismay and disappointment of those present – saying that he had had food poisoning and had vomited backstage between one song and another, and was therefore in no condition to continue. The following day he reassured himself about his health conditions by posting an image of himself on social media with an IV in his arm, saying he was feeling better.
Rosalia’s fans have now opened a signature collection on change.org to ask that the 33-year-old Catalan musician return to perform in a new concert at the Forum in Assago so as to satisfy the fans who were unable to enjoy the entire show.
This is the text of the petition: “Rosalia’s concert which took place on March 25, 2026 in Milan was suddenly interrupted due to an illness, leaving thousands of fans disappointed. Rosalia, a world-famous artist, has a special connection with her Italian audience who welcomed her warmly every time she visited the city.
We therefore ask Rosalia and her management to reconsider and plan a new concert date in Milan to make up for the interrupted one. Bringing this event to the city again would not only address an issue of fairness for ticket holders who were unable to enjoy the full show that evening, but it would also reinvigorate the special bond between the artist and the city.
Sign this petition to show Rosalia and her team how important it is for us to welcome her back to Milan and ensure that the concert can take place as originally planned. Each signature strengthens our request and brings us closer to making possible the return of such an eagerly awaited and highly prestigious event for our city.”
