Pink, a lawsuit against Pharrell Williams
Pink's lawyers have filed a lawsuit against Pharrell Williams: the American edition of Billboard reports. According to what has been leaked, the aim of the singer from Doylestown, Pennsylvania, would be to block the debut on the market of P.Inc, a company brand dedicated to “promotional marketing services in the music sector” which the former co-leader of NERD presented for filing with US authorities, and which Pink claims could “create confusion among consumers”. Victoria's Secret also took measures to block the brand's debut on the market: the lawyers of the famous fashion house argue – like those of Pink – that the P.Inc brand can be confused with PINK, one of the lines marketed by the brand founded by Roy Raymond in 1977.
Pink will debut her European tour on June 11th in Cardiff, United Kingdom: the series of events, which will not touch Italy, will end after seventeen dates – in Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany – in Stockholm, Sweden. The artist's latest album, “Trustfall”, was released in February 2023, and reached number two in the US sales charts and number one in the UK.
