Pearl Jam's musical dark matter: here is "Dark matter"

Pearl Jam Resumed Tour Playing John Lennon

Yesterday evening the Pearl Jam from Washington-Grizzly Stadium in Missoula, Montana, they kicked off the final leg of their North American tour in support of the album “Dark Matters” (read the review here), released last April, which will end on September 17th. After that, the Seattle group will move to New Zealand and Australia, where they will close the tour on November 21st.

The 26-song set offered the first time since 2006 “Gimme Some Truth” Of John Lennon and the tour debut of the song by

Beatles, “Her Majesty”performed by the only Eddie Vedder. I Pearl Jam They played seven songs of “Dark Matter”: the title track, “React, Respond,” “Scared of Fear,” “Setting Sun,” “Upper Hand,” “Won’t Tell,” and “Wreckage.”

THE Pearl Jam They dedicated the concert to two fans who had left the hospital so they wouldn’t miss the show. “Tonight they signaled to us that there are two very special men who fought hard and intensely for things that most of us take for granted,” Vedder said before the band played “Hard to Imagine”. “For example. Most of us didn’t need permission to leave the hospital to be here tonight… To the band and this crowd here, I ask you to send all the healing energy from each of us to you. You have a lot to live for… and we are so grateful to have you here tonight.”
