Palermo fans dedicate a choreography to Oasis
Pippo Inzaghi’s Palermo and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City faced each other in a friendly matchon an evening that recalled many fans to the “Barbera”, crowded in every order of place. The atmosphere was lively since the pre -match, with choirs, applause and enthusiasm that made the friendly one event followed with interest. The real show, as the Ultras Romanticism page told, was seen in the stands: The Curva Nord 12 made a large choreography that paid homage to Oasis, Manchester bands and well -known Manchester City fans. In the representation, the Gallagher brothers wear the Palermo shirt instead of that of the City, in a symbolic gesture that ideally connected the fans of two teams belonging to the City Group. And it is also written: “Palermo Forever”, to recall “Live Forever”. The link between Oasis and football is consolidated: during their concerts, Visual often show images of fans with torches and smoke bombs, to underline the band’s passion for football culture. Noel and Liam Gallagher have always been fans of Manchester City, and some of their songs are used as choirs by the team supporters. At the “Barbera” this connection between football and music was evident, in an evening of sport and entertainment.
