Ornella Vanoni: 5 thousand at the Piccolo Teatro to pay homage to her

5 thousand fans, friends and colleagues paid homage to Ornella Vanoni today, from 10am to 2pm, by visiting the funeral home set up at the Piccolo Teatro Grassi in Milan. Among the first colleagues to arrive at 10am, when the coffin arrived, were Emma Marrone and Fabio Fazio. Many stars from the world of entertainment mixed with the crowd and paid homage to the Milanese artist, who passed away on Friday at the age of 91. From Arisa to Madame, passing through Fiorella Mannoia, Francesco Gabbani, Memo Remigi and Cristiano Malgioglio. The former mayor of Milan Letizia Moratti revealed that Vanoni had a secret dream, which remained a dream: “Once, during one of our meetings, Vanoni confided to me that her secret dream was to one day sing at La Scala in Milan”.

The funeral home will open again tomorrow from 10am to 1pm, then at 3pm the funeral will be celebrated at the church of San Marco in the Brera district, where the singer lived.
