NSYNC have been in the studio. Justin Timberlake confirms it

Like many things from the early 2000s, too NSYNC they are in fashion again.

Of the hypothesis of a possible return of the boy band, Justin Timberlake he talked about it on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” (broadcast on the US television network NBC from Monday to Friday) where he mentioned some new songs from his former and perhaps future boy band.

“We’ve been in the studio, so there might be something in the future too,” Timberlake confessed to Kelly Clarkson, the singer and TV space host.

After a 20-year hiatus, Timberlake, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone, Chris Kirkpatrick and Lance Bass reunited last year to record “Better Place” for the animated film “Trolls Band Together” (“Trolls 3 – All Together”).

“It’s crazy, there was so much chemistry that we picked up where we left off,” Timberlake recalled of working with his bandmates again on the track.

“Better Place,” released in the midst of the actors’ strike, sowed a seed, according to Lance Bass, in plans for a further reunion of the NSYNC.

“We had so much fun, I don’t see it as our last thing,” Bass told EW in November. “But until the strike ends, we can’t even understand what will be next, if there will be anything after that. Let’s hope so. “We will have a plan once the situation is resolved and we are able to get back to work. “It appears those plans are in place.

In the meantime, however, Timberlake is ready to release his first solo album in six years, “Everything I Thought It Was”, preceded by the single “Selfish“. (Read here)

The song, which has the same title as a 2011 song by Britney Spears, sparked a negative reaction from fans of Justin’s ex-girlfriend, who however shared a post praising “Selfish” and apologizing for “some things that I wrote about in my book” that may have “offended some of the people I genuinely care about.”

Spears previously revealed in her memoir, “The Woman in Me”, (read here) that Timberlake had urged her to have an abortion and later painted himself as the victim of their breakup.
