NOFX: the farewell party with friends
THE NOFX they leave in style.
For the latest live shows of the long-lived punk band, which will be held October 4-6 at Berth 46 in San Pedro, Ca.Fat Mike, Smelly and company are enlisting Dropkick Murphys, Descendants, Pennywise, MxPx, Less Than Jake, Vandals and many more to join in the fun that brings to an end a long and glorious musical history.
Curiosity: Joe Escalante dei Vandals was Fat Mike's camping buddy and introduced him to punk music in the early 1980s.
These are the guests of the last three farewell shows:
Friday 4 October: NOFX, Dropkick Murphys, MxPx, Bouncing Souls, Sick of It All, 7 Seconds, DOA, DI, Luicidal, the Last Gang, KnuckleHeadz

The San Pedro shows conclude NOFX's final tour, titled “40 Years, 40 Cities, 40 Songs Per Day“.
The farewell world tour (true farewell as the band points out) kicked off in 2023 and included 40 completely different shows, with B-sides, rarely performed songs and full albums played all the time. The band was the protagonist of two shows in Italy: 11 (sold out) and 12 May 2024 at Carroponte in Sesto San Giovanni just outside Milan.
NOFX will also be present for all three days of Riot Fest of Chicago at the end of September.
“We've played over 2000 shows in 33 countries, in over 300 cities and damn… we're a little tired,” Fat Mike said upon announcing the farewell tour. “One thing I know in my heart… this will be the most emotional, heartbreaking and biggest tour of our career. I have never been so excited and terrified at the same time. Most of all excited…”.
