He was also asked if he was stunned by the positive welcome to the concerts: “Yes, completely amazed. Everyone is difficult to describe in words, in reality. Every evening it is the first evening of the public, you understand what I mean? So every evening he has the same energy. But it was really incredible. Usually I am not short of words, but I can’t express it well.”

He also recalled the sensations of the moment before going on stage for the first time in Cardiff on 4 July (Read here the review of the concert) When the Reunion tour of the Oasis. “Personally, I have hugely underestimated what was waiting for me. After about five minutes, I thought, okay, can I go back to the changing rooms and start again? I already played in the stadiums, but I am not ashamed to say it, my legs have become jelly after about half the second song. It was an incredible, truly incredible thing.”
