MTV EMA 2024: Annalisa wins as ‘Best Italian Act’

Annalisa is the artist who won this year’s award for “Best Italian Act” at the 2024 edition of the MTV Europe Music Awards. The “Bellissima” singer won the title beating Angelina Mango, Ghali, Mahmood and The Kolors.

“It is a huge recognition that makes me feel once again that work, attention to detail and passion always pay off. I’m really grateful. It is a further push to try to do better and better”, declared Annalisa.

This year’s MTV Europe Music Awards ceremony takes place this evening, November 10th at the Co-op Live arena in Manchester. It is possible to follow the evening live on television from 9pm on MTV (Sky 131 and Now) and on Pluto TV.

Among the favorites this year there is still Taylor Swift, competing in seven categories, including “Best Artist”, “Best Video”, “Best Pop” and “Biggest Fans”. Following closely, with five nominations each in categories such as “Best Song”, “Best Video” and “Best Artist”, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX and Sabrina Carpenter. With four nominations each they follow Ayra Starr, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, LISA, as well as Chappell Roan and Tyla, with their first nomination.
