Morgan, it's peace with Valerio Soave
The Court of Alessandria acquitted Morgan of the charge of aggravated defamation after the remission of the complaint presented by the former manager of Bugo and patron of Mescal Valerio Soave, who accepted the apologies addressed to him (also publicly) by the singer-songwriter and former leader of Bluvertigo: Rossella Gallo, Morgan's lawyer, made it known – reports the ANSA agency.
Soave had chosen to take legal action after some public interviews, given by Castoldi in the days following the disqualification from the Sanremo festival in February 2020: Gallo and his colleague Pietro Braggio, Soave's lawyer, expressed “sincere appreciation for the common sense shown by their clients, in wanting to conclude an affair of this type in a reasonable way outside the courtroom”.
At the moment, at the Court of Imperia, only the proceedings initiated at the request of Cristian Bugatti are still underway, despite – specifies Gallo – “the expressions used by Morgan towards Bugo, again in the context of those interviews following the event, are much lighter and an expression of the right of criticism in the musical artistic field”.
