Mick Jones (Michael Leslie Jones) founder of Foreigner he spoke about the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease which he suffers from.

Foreigner is currently on their farewell tour in North America, but Jones hasn’t performed with them since 2022.

“Fans will have realized that I haven’t been performing on stage with the band for some time now. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease several years ago. I want everyone to know that I’m fine. I’ve always enjoyed giving my best. me when I perform on stage – he continues – and, unfortunately, at the moment, I find it a bit difficult. I’m still very involved in the background with Foreigner and remain a presence.

Parkinson’s is a daily struggle; the important thing is to persevere and remind myself of the wonderful career I have had in music.
