After the teaser, the full trailer “Michael”, the biographical film dedicated to Michael Jackson directed by Antoine Fuqua, will arrive in theaters on April 24, 2026 and now you can see a more substantial preview, 2 minutes with Jaafar Jackson, nephew of the King of Pop, in the title role. If the first teaser had shown a more celebratory tone, the trailer also shows a more dramatic aspect, namely the complex relationship between Michael and his father Joe Jackson (played by Colman Domingo). The trailer shows how Joe helped form the Jackson 5, then managed to maintain control even as Michael began his solo career. The trailer also shows the debut of the moonwalk, the Grammy win for Thriller, recordings with Quincy Jones (played by Kendrick Sampson), performance scenes and concerts at home scenes with the chimpanzee Bubbles.
