Metalitalia Festival 2026: the complete line-up
The complete line up of the Metalitalia Festival 2026 has been officially revealed, which will return to the Live Club of Trezzo sull’Adda, in Milan, on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September. The event, organized by Metalitalia.com in collaboration with MC2 Live, Cerberus Booking and Live Club, once again confirms a high-level artistic proposal, ranging between doom, death, black, thrash and extreme metal.
As per tradition, the festival will be preceded by the Warm Up Party, scheduled for September 25th at the Bloom in Mezzago, the details of which will be announced soon.
In addition to live music, the public will be able to participate in the usual free meet & greets with the artists, visit the metal market and discover Metalitalia Ink, the area dedicated to the world of tattoos and body art.
Saturday 26 September: Paradise Lost and Amenra lead the bill
The first day will see Paradise Lost as the absolute protagonists, expected for a special “by request” show, during which the fans will contribute to choosing the setlist. Accompanying the historic exponents of British gothic-doom will be the intense Amenra, the Austrians Harakiri For The Sky, the Italians Novembre, the Ukrainian black/death metallers 1914 and Nero Di Marte. The day’s program is completed by two new confirmations announced today: the symphonic death metallers Fleshgod Apocalypse and Nel Buio.

Sunday 27 September: Coroner, Fear Factory and Demolition Hammer
The second day will instead be dominated by the return of the legendary Coroner as headliners. Also on stage will be leading names from the international extreme scene such as Fear Factory, Demolition Hammer and Sadist, who will celebrate the album “Tribe” with a special dedicated set.
Other confirmed bands include Allegaeon, Gorod and Abysmal Dawn, joined today by Fulci and Schizophrenia, completing a particularly rich line-up for death and thrash metal fans.

Prices remain unchanged compared to the last two editions: bDaily ticket costs 49 euros plus pre-sale fees (60 euros at the cash desk), the year2 day subscription + Warm Up Party has a price of 79 euros plus presale rights (90 euros at the checkout).
