May and summer live shows in Veneto
While waiting for the arrival of the summer season with its outdoor concerts, including the return of appointments to Piazzola sul Brentathe concerts continue at Gran Teatro Geox in Padua.

The first upcoming live is scheduled for Wednesday 8 May with a band that made the history of world prog-rock: the YES. They are one of the most important prog-rock bands in history and a true legend of the genre. With their “Classic Tales of YES Tour” they will present many songs from the repertoire, those that led them to be members of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and which cover more than 50 years of music history, as well as those Of their new album”Mirror to the Sky“, released last May. Artist Roger Dean (author of their covers) will also join the tour with an exhibition of art related to Yes.
Then follows a well-known name in Italian music, Levant, who will be the protagonist Friday 10 Mayalso on stage at Gran Teatro Geox Of Padua. Claudia Lagona, aka Levante, it is considered the only Italian artist capable of condensing in herself the committed singer-songwriter and the pop icon. She has released five highly successful albums, performed on hundreds of stages in Italy and Europe, and was a judge on X-Factor, as well as competing in Sanremo 2020 and 2023.
Sunday 12 May goes on stage “H2R – Hip Hop Revolution”, one of the largest events in Italy dedicated to hip-hop culture and break-dance. The event, now in its 15th edition, since 2008 has brought to Padua a day dedicated entirely to Hip-Hop music and the passion, joy and brotherhood that only dance can transmit. During the event the traditional choreographic dance contest, shows and spectacular “battles” will be staged with artists from all over Italy and Europe. Furthermore, for the first time it will be hosted in Padua World Breaking Classic Italy Qualifieror the competition between the best breakdancers (new discipline at the Paris 2024 Olympics) from across the peninsula, who will compete for the prestigious title, which will allow them to reach the world final in Eindhoven on 29/30 June 2024
May 18thalways at Gran Teatro Geox Of Padua a further appointment is scheduled with a international artist: Tony Hadley. After the dissolution of the Spandau Ballet in 1989, Tony Hadley continued his career as a solo singer, with great success. Over the years Hadley has collaborated with artists and DJs belonging to different musical genres such as Regi Penxtend of Milk Inc., Disco Bros, Alan Parsons, Paolo Meneguzzi, duetting on the song “Grande” at the 2008 Sanremo Festival, Alice Cooper, Brian May of Queen, Jon Anderson of Yes and Caparezza for the song “Goodbye Malinconia”.
