Marracash lands on Disney+

Fans of Italian rap will have two great new features available in streaming: Disney+ has announced the inclusion in its catalog of two special contents dedicated to Fabio Rizzo, aka Marracashcelebrating its golden moment. Starting tomorrow, Friday 29 Maysubscribers will be able to relive the emotions of the tour “MARRA STADI25“. Filming of the date of 25 June 2025 at San Siro will debut on the platform, the first of the two Milanese evenings that crowned Marracash as the first Italian rapper ever to undertake a stadium tour.

The second release, scheduled for next year Septemberis the documentary film “King Marracash“. Recently released in cinemas as a special event and capable of recording the best debut for a musical docufilm from 2024 to today, the project will land exclusively on Disney+. You can read Rockol’s review here. The camera follows the artist for an entire year, providing an all-round portrait that ranges from professional victories to the most intimate and daily sphere. Fabio Rizzo’s journey is also told thanks to the interventions of those who support him in his life and career.

Behind the documentary camera is Pippo Mezzapesawho directed and co-wrote the screenplay and story together with Chiara Battistini, Shadi Cioffi and Antonella W. Gaeta. The work is a production by Greenlandia (part of the Banijay group) in tandem with Disney+ and in association with Adler Entertainment, created by producers Leonardo Godano, Matteo Rovere and Marco Colombo.
