Justen Lipeles accusation Madonna and the concert promoter Live Nation of six offences: breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising, negligent/infliction of emotional distress and unfair competition. The plaintiff seeks a trial, arguing that the complainants are entitled to damages.
