Madonna reported by a fan for her live pornographic content
The 'Celebration Tour', in addition to celebrating a career that was nothing short of legendary, brought with it a Madonna even more of a headache. The pop star of Italian origin after having collected a couple of complaints about delays with which she started her shows, now she receives one, from a male fan who accuses her of having staged a show with pornographic content without any warning about it.

In court documents obtained by The Blast, Justen also says the concert of Madonna at the Kia Forum it started over 90 minutes late and on top of that the whole concert venue was unbearably hot as the musician reportedly asked for the air conditioning to be turned off.
Furthermore, Justen claims he was “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sexual acts”: “Forcing patrons to wait for hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning demonstrates Madonna's disrespectful disrespect for his fans.”
Justen Lipeles accusation Madonna and the concert promoter Live Nation of six offences: breach of written contract, negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising, negligent/infliction of emotional distress and unfair competition. The plaintiff seeks a trial, arguing that the complainants are entitled to damages.
