Lucca Summer Festival: from 7 to 18 July the Talk section
Also this year, the “Talk” section returns to the Lucca Summer Festival and also in this edition offers the public six evening appointments on the stage of Piazza Napoleone, starring the world of culture, entertainment and current affairs. From 7 to 18 July, writers, directors, artists, journalists and public characters will alternate in free meetings open to all (with the exception of the evening of July 18), for a dialogue with the public.
July 7 – “The world of the arts meets Minister Giuli”
The Minister of Culture Alessandro Giuli will be the protagonist of a public confrontation with representatives of different artistic sectors. On stage, together with him, Mimmo Calopresti, director and screenwriter, and Mimmo D’Alessandro, artistic director of the Lucca Summer Festival. With them the mayor of Lucca Mario Pardini. The meeting is moderated by the journalist Roberto Inciocchi, conductor of the Agorà program on Rai3.
July 8 – “Politically correct, to whom?”
A face to face with two big names of the Italian comedy: Neri Parenti and Fausto Brizzi. To conduct the evening will be Alessandro Ferrucci, journalist and author.
July 14 – “H Come Heather (Parisi)”
An interview with Heather Parisi, dancer, singer and showgirl. Alessandro Ferrucci leads.
July 15 – “Gentlemen in yellow”
Antonio Manzini, author of the Rocco Schiavone series, meets Giampaolo Simi, also the author of Noir. To interview them Rossella Brescia, radio and TV presenter, and Pino Strabioli, conductor of the Witch Prize and face of cultural journalism.
July 16 – Talk on football with Pierluigi Collina
An evening dedicated to the world of football, with guests who will be announced in the next few days. The protagonist the former referee Pierluigi Collina.
July 18 – Marco Travaglio: “The best damage of our life”
The director of Il Fatto Quotidiano Marco Travaglio will be on stage with his show of political satire. Tickets for the show are available on Ticketone.
All appointments will be held in Piazza Napoleone in Lucca. Admission is free, after booking at the Festival ticket office – via San Girolamo Piazza del Giglio – with the exception of Marco Travaglio’s show.
