Liam Gallagher signs new sneakers for Adidas
The Gallagher brothers expand their collaboration with Adidas with new sneakers as part of the Spezial line: the LG Achille Spzl model, with a design signed by Liam in collaboration with Gary Aspden, will be available from August 16, at the same time as the band’s shows in Dublin. They will be available in the brand’s stores such as the Carnaby Flagship Store in London and Manchester. It is a reinterpretation of the classic Achille model.
As previously told by Rockol, the collaboration continues the longtime bond with Adidas: in recent months, an Oasis’ clothing line had already been presented, in which the continuity of the band’s passion for the brand and the influence on their iconic style had been underlined.
The vice -president of the brand, Chris Walsh, had declared the launch of the Original Forever partnership, on the occasion of the Reunion tour: “Adidas and Oasis share a story defined by originality and cultural impact, with deep roots in the fabric of music and style. The promotional spot of the campaign, on the notes of the famous “Live Forever” taken from the debut album “Defintely Maybe” (1994), retraces the history of the group.
