La Crus: four live shows to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first album

In 1995 i The Crus thethey made their first homonymous album for WEA entitled “The Crus”, which achieved public and critical success beyond all expectations. In fact, the album won the Ciampi Award, the Max Generation Critics’ Award, the Musica & Dischi referendum (best Pop & Rock debut) and the Targa Tenco ’95, for Best First Film.

In the wake of these recognitions the band embarked on a very long tour, which with over 120 dates in clubs, theaters and festivals in our country presented this new and refined project to an audience who immediately welcomed them with great warmth.

Now 30 years after that first release, the Milanese band celebrates the anniversary with four live dates in March 2025 in as many clubs.

This is the calendar

07 March 2025 – Bologna Estragon Club
March 14, 2025 – Capitol Pordenone
21 March 2025 – Settimo Torinese (To) Combo Club / Ringtone
27 March 2025 – Milan Magazzini Generali

In these concerts, in the first part of the show they will present the set list of their first album “LA CRUS” in full and in strict order to recall the atmospheres that marked that work and which then characterized their career which still continues.

On stage for the occasion the lineup will be the one with which they performed on their last tour: Joe / Mauro Ermanno Giovanardi (voice and harmonica), Cesare Malfatti (guitars and samples), Chiara Castello (keyboards and backing vocals), Marco Carusino (bass and backing vocals), Leziero Rescigno (drums).

The second part will be reserved for some of their great classics, as well as some songs from the latest album “Protect Me From What I Want”, released last March 22nd.
