Genesis, 50 years of “The Lamb …”: a live album by Steve Hackett

The former Guitarist of the Genesis, Steve Hackettannounced the release of the new live album “The Lamb stands up live at the Royal Albert Hall”, coming theJuly 11th for the label Insideout Music. The new double record comes as testimony to the concert held by Hackett and from his band to Royal Albert Hall in London in the’October 2024during the tour that celebrates the fifty anniversary of the historic Genesis album “The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway”, originally published in 1974.

On stage together with Hackett they performed Roger King (keyboards), Jonas Reingold (Bass), Craig Blundell (drums), Nad Sylvan (item) and Rob Townsend (sax, flute, percussion). The evening also participated in special guests such as Ray Wilson, Steve Rothery, Amanda Lehmann And John Hackett.

“The Lamb stands up live at the Royal Albert Hall” was Mixed by Chris Lord-Algewinner of a Grammy, e Masterized by Ted Jensen at Sterling sound. The entire concert was Filmed by Paul M. Greenhistorical collaborator of Hackett. The album will be available in format Special Edition 2CD + Blu-ray Digipakwith Audio in 5.1 Surround Sound And bonus content including an exclusive interview. The vinyl version will be one Deluxe Box Set 4 LP 180gcomplete with 12 -page booklet in LP format with Unpublished photos of the evening.
