Dropkick Murphys, the heroes of Celtic punk: ten songs

Born in Quincy, Massachusetts in 1996 were founded by the bassist Ken Casey together with Rick Barton (guitar) and Mike McColgan (voice), offering a fusion between punk rock and traditional Irish music. The first EPs come out in the second half of the nineties, the first album “do or die” is released in 1998, and after the abandonment of McColgan, replaced From Al Barr, the band has released a dozen albums, the most recent of which is “Okemah Rising”, released in 2023.

The Dropkick Murphys will play the October 15th at the Alcatraz in Milan, Tickets are available on the Hub Music Factory organizer’s website.
