Diddy’s trial will begin May 5, 2025

The trial against Diddy, or Puff Daddy, will begin on May 5, 2025, the American rapper and record producer who ended up at the center of the media storm together with his drug and sex-based parties, arrested last September 16 on charges of having abused, threatened and forced women and others around him to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and hide his conduct. The date was set by a Manhattan judge following Thursday’s hearing. Sean Combs, this is the 54-year-old rapper’s real name, will have to defend himself against several charges: criminal conspiracy, sex trafficking, fraud. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in federal custody as several judges have denied him bail, fearing he may threaten or cause harm to witnesses.
