Concerts: Vinicio Capossela, the summer calendar

The tour has three different variations.

The first is ‘sirens’: the myth, which will be presented on June 18 at the Archaeological Park of Norba in accordance with the standard (LT), on June 19 at the Temple of Venus in Rome and on June 21 in Isola Maggiore (PG). Alongside Capossela, Daniela Savoldi (cello), Alessandro “Asso” Stefana (guitars), Raffaele Tiseo (violin) and Vincenzo Vasi (Theremin, percussion and various devils).

Continue with ‘Sirene’: the emergencies, live with Zeno De Rossi (drums), Andrea Lamacchia (double bass), Daniela Savoldi (cello), Alessandro “Asso” Stefana (guitars), Raffaele Tiseo (violin) and Michele Vignali (saxophone) on July 24 at the Antico Porto in Genoa and on July 25 at the Amphitheater of the Vittoriale of Gardone Riviera (BS). To these concerts are added two appointments. On May 31 on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the Italian Republic, the Consulate General of Italy in Buenos Aires and the Coliseo Theater present Vinicio Capossela with the Odisa del Cocoliche. The concert that Capossela will keep the word “cocoly”, one of the most powerful and popular symbols of the meeting between Italian and Argentine cultures in the title. The Odyssey of the Cocolics represents in music the odyssey of all those who have changed the earth, continent, and found themselves under the upside -down sky, in the southern hemisphere, right under that southern cross that appears to Dante’s Ulisse when it crosses the pillars of the known world. The repertoire includes songs that pay homage to some illustrious Italians of various eras (Dante, Ariosto, Michelangelo and even Adriano Celentano). A large selection that traces the thirty years of career of the singer -songwriter until the landing on the Río de la Plata, with songs by Aníbal Troilo, César Isella and Atahualpa Yupanqui, accompanied by the bandoneón of Luciano Tobaldi and with the special participation of Melingo.

Finally, Vinicio Capossela will be a guest on June 20 in Musisultura, the festival of the popular and author song, on the stage of the Sferisterio di Macerata.
