Bruce Springsteen, the archive is (in) finished: “Ready Tracks III”
Not even the time to publish the mega-cofanetto “Tracks II: The Lost Albums”, which Bruce Springsteen already announces that he has completed “Tracks III”.
In a recent interview granted to the New York Times, the boss revealed that the third volume of the “Tracks” series, inaugurated in 1998, is “finished”. The rocker has anticipated that the box will include “five albums complete with music” and that the material contained in it is “what had remained in the caveau”. The material in question will body a time span over fifty years long, from the 1973 debut with “Greetings from Asbury Park, NJ” to the most recent sessions of 2024. “There was still a lot of good music”, commented Springsteen.
Meanwhile, “Tracks II” will be released on June 27: the box contains seven unpublished albums, for a total of 82 songs recorded between 1983 and 2018.
Today the first official trailer of “Springsteen: Deliver me from Nowhere” was published, the biopic on the boss out of the cinema next autumn.
