Among the guests of the tribute show dedicated to Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler and Paul Rodgers, which was held in Palm Springs on March 2nd during the Sound & Vision Awards ceremony, there were also Corey Taylor and Lzzy Hale.

Together, the Slipknot frontman and Halestorm singer were part of a superband that also included Butler and Rodgers themselves, as well as former Guns N’ Roses drummer Matt Sorum, former Deep Purple bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes, Extreme’s Nuno Bettencourt and other musicians. The group performed several covers of rock classics together, including a version of Free’s 1970 single, “All Right Now.” Corey Taylor also performed lead vocals on a cover of Black Sabbath’s “Paranoid,” while Hale was the lead vocalist on “Neon Knights,” with Butler on bass in both performances.
