A shop dedicated to Pink Floyd opens in Milan. It will be inaugurated at 8.30 pm tomorrow, Thursday 11 December, in via Ripa di Porta Ticinese 47, and will be open to the public until 14 December. It is a Pop Up Store that is part of a series of Pink Floyd themed shops that will open in London, Barcelona, ​​Los Angeles, Paris and Berlin on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of “Wish you where here”, the historic 1975 album which, as already mentioned, will return to stores on Friday 12 December in the form of a special reissue in various formats for Sony Music (pre-order is already active at this link) with unreleased songs and rarities.

Each location will host an exclusive “Wish You Were Here 50” edition of the Brain Damage fanzine: a lively reimagining of the publishing project originally founded and published in the mid-1980s by author and Pink Floyd historian Glenn Povey. A limited celebratory print of Wish You Were Here 50 and a selection of commemorative merchandise will also be available at each location. All pop-up products are strictly limited edition.

From tomorrow it will be possible to purchase a preview of all the new editions of “Wish You Were Here 50”: 3LP, 1LP, 2CD, Blu-ray and deluxe box set. Furthermore, only in the store, a limited edition of the album on white vinyl will be available for purchase. For every purchase there will be a free branded shopper and the exclusive “Wish You Were Here 50” edition of the Brain Damage fanzine (while stocks last).
