A book to remember Paolo Carù, “The last buscadero”
In a certain sense it is an instant book, the one written by Adelfo Forni, writer, former record producer but above all friend of Paolo Carù since childhood; it came out a few days ago, and today it has been just over a month since the news of the death of the owner of the historic record shop in Gallarate arrived on June 14th.
It is not really a biography, but rather a diary (largely illustrated with photographs taken from personal archives) of an uninterrupted partnership despite the periods of Forni’s absence from his native Gallarate. An affectionate diary, on the thread of memory and music, 72 pages that the many admirers of Paolo Carù will be happy to browse and keep. It can be requested by writing to [email protected] (costs 15 euros).
